Kite Photography
West Lothian Archaeology visited the project on May 17, 2013 and taught us how to use kites to take aerial photographs - an excellent way to achieve perspectives otherwise left to the aeroplanes!
S1 pupils from Hermitage Academy also observed the process;
Here are a few aerial photographs of a trench in Tarbet playing field, taken using a camera attached to a kite (thanks to John Wells and Jym Knowles).
